九江合發船務有限公司成立于2008年,是一家以船舶管理、船員培訓、勞務派遣、船員證件申辦以及游艇銷售、輔助游艇駕照培訓等多維度、多元化的船舶管理服務公司。是江西省較早經交通部海事局獲批的乙級船員服務機構(許可證號:13044)和內河船員服務機構(許可證號:13022);多年來,公司受到海事局、船東單位、及船員兄弟的一致好評,連續獲得長江海事局等管理機構的“誠信服務機構”的榮譽,取得這樣的成績,得益于我們的經營理念與科學管理: 

一、提升薪酬:

我司一直注重培養高技能、高素質人才;向其提供行業最高薪酬。我們定期對船員就業市場的發展進行調查和評估,據此與船東協商把我司船員的薪酬待遇與市場最高值對接,努力保持我司船員的收入優勢。

其一、公司一直致力于為船員提供安全舒適的就職環境,為保障船員自身的就職安全,我司首先在選船上嚴格把關,要求合作方船況要好、年代要短,是我司最基本的原則。  

其二、航海船只真正的潛在危險來自于船員自身的工作素養,為保證我司派遣船員的素質,公司各部門全力配合有計劃的對員工進行政治思想、職業操守、安全知識和技術知識的專業培訓,提高我司船員隊伍的整體素質,把危險系數降到最低,從而給船東、船員以及家屬提供最大的安全保障。

 

三、快速晉升:

公司與船東簽約條款中明確規定,凡是具備職位晉升條件的,船東應全力配合公司給予晉升,以確保船員隊伍的健康穩固發展。當前我司合作船東都能積極配合,各職位船員凡具備晉升條件的都得到快速晉升,他們在新的高一級崗位上都發揮了更大的作用。    我司的各級船員無論來自哪里,均實行全方位跟蹤管理;通過船舶領導的考評、訪船、個別談話等多渠道了解,掌握每位船員的工作、生活及思想動態等綜合狀態;公司安排專人負責跟蹤每位船員的證書情況,對符合更新條件的及時給予換證、報考;持高級證書人員公司與其主管領導溝通確保重點培養和關注,凡能勝任高一級職務的,公司主動與船東協調提供升職機會。   

 四、規劃目標:

每位學員從進入公司第一天起,就成為關注和培養的對象,根據每個人的特點為他們做好職業規劃。我們的目標非常明確:要把我們每位員工培養成優秀的船長或輪機長。
